Oh yea!

Oh yea, I forgot I'm such a terrible person with the mind of a 95 year old... I forgot I have the kids Halloween pics for the School. Each kid was allowed to dress up as a book character for the classroom Halloween Party! (Now having looked at this, I really should have had them hold up the book with the pic) You know by the time these kids leave I should be getting the whole multi-kid, mothering for the ages, instant mom thing down.

Jet's Class put on a show for the parents, Henny Penny, and Jet was Ducky Lucky.

And sadly Jet with his old teacher Mrs. McManus. He was switched to a new class which he seems to like, but I'm sad because we lost the veteran 20 year Kindergarten teacher.

Ok.... my apologizes to all.... I lost the Halloween and Thanksgiving Pics. I sent them from the camera to the computer and went to find them and....gone. So I'm going to retake pics of them in there costumes but for now here are the school pics.

Talent Show

So the girls performed in a Talent Show, they and 12 other girls learned, practiced, and performed two Hawaiian Dances. Skylar, not wanting to dance in front of the other girls, was probably one of the best ones up there that night, her shyness went right out the window.

And YES the music playing (not like the music they used, but same words) and Yes they did know the words and motions.

Sorry

I'm so sorry it's been so long, Steve had Pneumonia for 3 weeks and Kylie just got better from being sick, add to that school and homework, birthday parties and getting ready for Halloween, a church talent show (the girls will be dancing a Hawaiian dance with 10 other girl from church) and just the other normal stuff, groceries, doctors, etc. WOW after that I guess I can see why it's been so long. LOL

SO...

Picture Day was Sept 16, Casey's came back great, Skylar's picture was after recess so she needed a retake, and Jet didn't know what it was so he through his in the trash, so he got a retake too. As so as Skylar and Jet's retakes come in I'll post them. But this was the morning of the 16th.

So Daddy or Uncle Chris (depending on who's family is reading this) came for a surprise visit on Sept 18 and 19. We took the kids outside to play after dinner, and when we saw the truck coming we had them sit on the hill. Nobody thought anything was going on til Casey saw Chris and starting yelling "Daddy, Daddy" and Skylar (as if she knew what was going on) said "Daddy, we've been waiting for you" it was so cute. They all went for a walk together and used Chris as a human jungle gym, but had a lot of fun.

Then... Great Grandpa and ma came to visit Sept 25 and 26. They brought garden grown veggies and filled our freezer. We are loving all of the great veggies.

It's Official

IT'S OFFICIAL... All the kiddo are in school and it's going good. This was Tuesday Jet's official first day and his first day on the bus we the girls.

This are the other kindergartner's that get on at our bus stop.

The girls are excited about coming home and doing homework because of there "work station" (got to love Ikea!!)

So far...

So, I know it's been a while..so here is what's going on. We are off and going. School started Tuesday for Casey and Skylar and they were so excited they wake themselves up at five o'clock in the morning. They got to meet there teacher the Monday before school. They both love school so far and said they have friends. Jet will go on Friday and start next Tuesday.

Here are some pictures to enjoy.

So before school every Wednesday and Saturday all the kids would help me clean the house. One part of vacuuming the floor is to put the beanbag chairs in the pack a play. So Mr. Logan grabbed a chair and climbed on in!

So this day all the kids were being nice and seating so sweetly on the couch, (we were watching a movie) so I got up to get the camera and half of them started to follow. So I asked them to get back on the couch so I could take some pics and these were the result of that.

This day we all made animal masks!

Tuesday the 18th the girls spend the night with Savannah so the next day I picked up Savannah's brothers. The boys played trains...

So Thursday the 20th we got SICK, me, Casey, Skylar, Kylie, and Logan. Thank goodness Steve and Jet didn't. About 7 o'clock in the morning I hit a wall and just crashed. I was sleeping on and off the whole day long. At one point I wake up and Skylar was on the couch a sleep and the rest were...

they were all seating in Rubbermaid containers watching TV.

This was the day we became royal! We (Casey and me) made everyone paper crowns!

Now in the excitement of the first day I of course forgot to take pictures. So... this is the second day of school picture. I bet not a lot of people have this picture!
