Florida

We're home again. What is it about sleeping in your own bed?? Steve and I got the best nights sleep we've ever had last night after getting back from Florida. We went down and built a deck and wheelchair ramp for Steve's son Will. It took the two of us (and Will's help) 3 and a half days, we are sore and bruised in places but are very VERY grateful for the work. It was great seeing Will and his family.

I can't believe my baby is 5. Quoting Jet "this is the best birthday ever"! I only wish he would keep those beliefs in the future. I'm all for making a cake, buying a box of Lego's and having the whole "party" start to finish in 10 minutes. When we were done he thanked us and said, "OK, birthday is over now." If only it would stay this easy forever!

Snow Day Tuesday

Well we got our 1 inch of snow this year and it wasn't all gone by noon...it was gone by 3.
